Don't Know Comments: Customer was unable to or did not attend.
No Star Comments: Everything about the event was excellent - well produced - it was at my favorite venue - it was just a shame that it was a very small (but very enthusiastic!) crowd, I wish they would have had a better turnout.
No Star Comments: the venue is awesome =) super cool. the talent was entertaining and even surprising. A great way to spend the day =)
No Star Comments: A great venue... very easy to take the shuttle to the theatre. The jazz bands were really good... the singers in between maintained our engagement. Perhaps some other visuals would have been great too [like a slideshow or
a dancer or two]

Process comments: Absolutely no problems.... responded to my questions immediately. Very impressed!
No Star Comments: Just wonderful! We had so much fun. I would recommend this to all my friends. It was my husband first time and he was sold on it. Everybody was ready to go on time which was important to him. The rain is the only thing that stop it. For all those that didn't show up because of the rain you missed a treat Please inform me of other events like this. Just great!

Process comments: no problems here

No Star Comments: I attended the concert with my family, including an 8-year- old, two 14-year-olds and my 76-year-old mother. We all enjoyed the show, even the teens had a good time despite the lack of Rap music. My mom really enjoyed the comedian, AJ Jamal. I enjoyed the giveaways. I got a shirt, pen and a key chain! The spoken word artists were all great. I especially enjoyed the woman poet. The singing contest was short and sweet, with only three contestants. It was great that they all sang well, so it wasn't like a bad episode of "Amerian Idol." I enjoyed the first band, Route 101 and closing band, Clueless the most. I've seen Clueless several times but never had the opportunity to see Route 101. Can't wait until next year.

Process comments: no problems!
