Remainder of balance due by June 15, 2008
There are a limited number of rooms available with double
beds at each resort. Your request for specific room types will not be guaranteed
until full payment is received. Your deposit of half does not secure the room of
your choice. Initial deposits is now due. Final payment is due June 15, 2008. Full payment may
be made any time before this date. Your choice of payment: credit card,
cashier's check, personal check or money order. Consumer Agreement: I understand and agree that any such
cancellations do not affect the non-refundability of any deposit or of any
package payment that I remit to PIPS Entertainment with this payment.
